It is easy to make a purchase at our online store for books and DVDs including our downloadable eBook Chapters. For your convenience, we use the PayPal system which accepts direct PayPal Payments or credit card payments such as VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. All product prices are in U.S. dollars and your order will be processed in U.S. dollars.

Book and DVD Orders

When you place your order online you will receive a confirmation email.

When we receive your completed order form for Book(s) and DVD(s) with your PayPal purchase information and shipping instructions, you will be notified by email thanking you for your order and providing you the shipping date confirmation. Please note that how soon you will receive the product(s) depends on the shipping method you have chosen.

Shipping charges are for the most economical method of delivery. All charges are in U.S. Funds. Shipping charges are automatically added to your order when purchasing any of the choices in our product list.

Bulk Order Purchasers and Distributors: Please note it is our policy that we do not accept bulk order returns. We recommend that you order our products in appropriate quantities to meet your needs.

We would like you to have the very best purchasing experience and offer the following Refund and Replacement Policy and other customer services;

Product Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the option to return the product(s) with your receipt within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Returned products must be undamaged and have all their original components. A full credit will only be applied to your PayPal account once we have received the returned product(s) in satisfactory condition. Please note that you are responsible for return postage and that the original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Product Replacement Policy

Move Alive Media has complete confidence in the quality of our professional DVD production service. However, in the unlikely event that you find your DVD is defective within 90 days of purchase, you may return it for an immediate replacement of the same product which we will send you without additional charge. Please note that you will need to return the original DVD for quality control purposes.

Cancellations for Book and DVD Orders

If you wish to cancel a book or DVD order, please contact us at Order Desk immediately before your order has been processed and shipped out so we can cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped you may apply for a refund as stated in our Refund Policy.

Pricing Errors

If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our website, we will provide you with an opportunity to replace the order at the correct price.

Under The Copyright Act any viewing or exhibition of a video DVD for non-commercial use in a public place must have Public Performance Rights (PPR). You can include PPR rights at the time of purchase. Written confirmation of your purchase of PPR rights will be included with your DVD order(s).

Public Performance Rights (PPR) are required for public showings of:

• Amazing Babies: Moving in the First Year - Vol. 1 DVD
• Amazing Toddlers Moving: Age 1 - Vol. 2 DVD

By:

• Institutions, universities, colleges, and libraries for public showings for educational purposes. The Institutional Fee for a DVD with PPR rights is $69.95 US
• Professionals or educators using the DVDs for training programs and/or public viewings with students, parent groups, or clients. The Professional Fee for a DVD with PPR rights is $49.95 US

Upgrading a Personal Copy DVD to Include PPR Rights

If you have already purchased a personal-use copy of these DVDs and now wish to obtain Public Performance Rights, please request PPR rights only on the PayPal Order Form and send an Institutional Fee of $50.00 US (Institutions, universities, colleges and libraries) or a Professional Fee of $30.00 US (Professionals and educators) for each DVD you want PPR rights for. We will send a receipt with confirmation of your PPR rights by email.

Downloadable eBook Chapters for Your Personal Use

Move Alive Media is pleased to offer downloadable eBook Chapters (“eChapters”) to our customers. When you download one of our eChapters, the following terms and conditions apply to your rights to use these products. Your eBook Chapter is for your individual use on your computer only. Move Alive Media grants you a personal non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access the eChapter(s). You may reproduce and store portions of the licensed eChapter(s) content for your personal, non-commercial use. Multi-use configurations or network distribution of the licensed eChapter(s) is expressly prohibited. You may not use the licensed eChapter(s) on more than one computer system concurrently, make or distribute unauthorized copies of the licensed eChapter(s), create by decompilation or otherwise the source code of the licensed eChapter(s), or use, copy, modify, or transfer the licensed eChapter(s), in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement. If you transfer possession of the licensed eChapter to a third party without written permission from Move Alive Media, the license is automatically terminated. You acknowledge that the use of this product or service is entirely at your own risk.

Copyright on Downloadable Products

The entire contents of the licensed eChapter(s) and other material available through your registration are protected by copyright, unless otherwise indicated. Full-scale copying of licensed eChapter(s) content is expressly prohibited. You may not remove, delete, transmit or create derivative works from any of the licensed eChapter(s) content. All interfaces, look and feel, navigation schemes, designs and program features and functional of the licensed eChapter are the property of Move Alive Media and may not be copied or reproduced or used in derivative works. No part of any eChapter may be transmitted in any form by any means or reproduced for any other purpose, without the prior written permission from Move Alive Media except as permitted under relevant fair dealing provisions. Any other use violates this Agreement and is strictly prohibited.

Warranty for Downloadable eChapters

The licensed eChapters are provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied including, without limitations – accuracy, omission, completeness or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or other incidental damages arising out of the use the licensed eChapters. You acknowledge that the use of this product or service is entirely at your own risk.
